We are a QBCC licenced (Low-Rise) building design and drafting firm located on the Gold Coast, with myself, Ethan as the Owner and Senior Building Designer, having 10 years experience in the building and construction industry. We offer our building design services locally, the surrounding areas, and interstate.

Every project is unique, and so is every client. We know that one-size doesn't necessarily fit all, so we offer a range of pricing structures for our drafting and design services, individually tailored to suit you, your project, and your budget.
Fixed fee - This price encompasses all the agreed works to be undertaken by us and the agreed costs as stipulated in the contract of engagement
Percentage of total build cost - We calculate the fee based on a percentage of the estimated build cost. This varies between 2 - 5% depending on the size, scope and complexities of the project
Hourly rate - This is usually used on quite small jobs, or in conjunction with either of the above two methods, particularly where additional design works or variations are required
